When will winter end?
Cardinal
Brown Creeper
Sapsucker
This sapsucker seems to be thriving, but we're getting tired of the cold and snow. Can't wait for the night heron and oriole to return, but we have a few months to go.
If it weren't for scrabble and RumChata, we'd go crazy.
What a wonderful shot of your visiting cardinal! I have been waiting for mine to return...what's your secret??
ReplyDeleteWe have a heated birdbath that many birds like. We also feed sunflower seeds, a favorite of cardinals. We've had 2-3 around all winter.
