Birds of Riverside, CA
Hummingbird
Spotted Towhee
Lesser Goldfinch
Bewicks Wren
We were visiting Riverside, CA and stopped by the botanical garden. We saw a few birds and will have to visit again when we have more time.
Im in Northern NJ and I have a few birds like the hummingbird shown above making a nest in my hanging baskets. Im not sure it is a hummingbird though. It has a long beek like it though and same size and color. Im very educated on birds though. I might be able to pick big bird out of crowd but thats as far as it goes. There are 2 of them, they sound BEAUTIFUL and loud. I have never seen them hover though. Could this be a hummingbird? Very nice pics btw.
